The Illinois Cargo Theft Coalition (ICTC) unites law enforcement, prosecutors, ORC investigators, and supply chain security professionals to detect, disrupt, and neutralize cargo theft. Membership gives you access to a trusted network, real-time intelligence, and specialized training that strengthens every link in the supply chain.
Official Coalition Enrollment
Membership in the Illinois Cargo Theft Coalition is open to vetted law enforcement, prosecutors, organized retail crime (ORC) teams, and supply chain security professionals who are actively engaged in cargo theft prevention and response.

Submit the $100 annual membership fee on our secure Payment Page.

Await verification and approval from ICTC leadership.
Once approved, you’ll gain access to member-only intelligence, alerts, and ICTC Training Academy benefits, including discounted course tuition and priority access to new programs.

After your payment is processed, ICTC will email you a confirmation along with your BSCII Online course access link or in-person training details.
